London Retreats - 28th July & 21st September

Stay in balance with the season on our one-day retreats with healing yoga, ayurveda, life-coaching and community – served up with an incredible home-cooked veggie brunch and afternoon tea.

We serve vegetarian food and low-sugar pastries with an ayurvedic twist, and are happy to work our menu around any dietary requirements. Just let us know at the time of booking.
