We’re opening up our garden orangery for an evening of yin yoga, sound healing and Sophie’s seasonal canapés - and we can’t wait!

For the first time ever, we’re welcoming a sound healer @aho.soundjourney to our retreat. Jackie is a local Wimbledon practitioner and she’s going to bring something really beautiful to the evening.

Slow down, open up, eat well. That’s our motto!

Steph is a Hatha and Yin yoga teacher and Qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Sophie is a professionally trained chef from L’Ecole National de Patisserie, France, a Vedic Meditation teacher from the Chopra Centre US and an accredited life coach. Together, we’re really passionate about bringing body, mind and spirit back to optimal health through retreats that are fun, welcoming and full of delicious food!
