Mission

Our belief is everything in moderation. That’s why our retreats are never about restriction or detoxing. Instead, we bring people together to celebrate nourishment and the joy of fresh food, lovingly prepared in our kitchen.


Our dishes blend seasonal ayurvedic touches with the art of french cooking to keep you feeling balanced, well-fed and inspired.


As an ayurvedic practitioner, Steph brings her knowledge of seasonal foods, digestive spices and balancing flavors and as a professionally trained pastry chef, Sophie brings the technical art of cooking along with her expertise in low-sugar baking, with delicious delicacies that don't compromise on taste.

Qualifications

Steph is a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner from The Ayurvedic Institute UK and certified Hatha Yoga teacher from Swasti Yoga, India. Sophie is a professionally trained chef from L’Ecole Nationale de Patisserie, France, a Vedic Meditation teacher from the Chopra Centre US, and an accredited Life Coach from Animas Center for Coaching, London. Together, they are passionate to nourish both mind, body and spirit back to optimal health.
